What it is a "Cleanse" ?
 
Basically, it is a type of diet that is aimed at detoxifying the body and restore optimal health. In this case the "Cleanse" program is a series of juices that are intended to help the body in its own detoxification system. Unfortunately, the "Cleanse" is often confused as synonymous with weight loss.
Without a proper diet it is not possible, so the "Cleanse" is not simply to lose weight. The "Cleanse" can be a healthy part of your dieting plan if it goes along with a style of healthy and active life.

The "CLEANSE" with natural juices - One of the most popular methods of detoxification. There are basically three programs "CLEANSE"; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, but any program that you decide to take, should be discussed with your doctor beforehand.

 

How to Use Cleanses
 
For any cleansing program that you decide to take you should refrain from eating solid foods. The idea is to give the internal organs a break from the work of digesting solid foods, while providing concentrated juices by incorporating various fruits, vegetables and often, herbs.

It is important to choose a "CLEANSE" that suits their levels of activity: If you're doing a juice fasting, for example, chances are you will consume fewer calories than usual. Doing this at a time when you are working less is wiser to be resting at home. If that's not possible, choose a "CLEANSE" incorporating more calories. And with any CLEANSE program, it is important to prioritize getting enough sleep, and to reduce stress. Promoting relaxation with yoga, massage therapy and meditation during a "CLEANSE" are popular ways to promote physical and mental detoxification.
 
Before you Start Program
 
Remember to consult with your doctor before starting any program CLEANSE

To help purify your body before the Cleanse program, start the day with a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon and half a teaspoon of cayenne (optional). This increases the rate of detoxification by opening the circulatory system.
Make an extra effort to hydrate all day with still water (at least two liters a day). Drinking water helps to set the stage for a gentler cleansing, allowing the cells to eliminate toxins easier and, reducing fatigue and getting rid of food cravings.
The more prepared you are, the better your cleansing experience will be.  It is recommended to include these healthy habits for at least a week before.
Steamed vegetables
Salads
Fruit
Smoothies
Fresh juices
Grains such as quinoa, amaranth and nuts.
 
Avoid the following;
Processed foods, sugar, red meat and poultry, dairy and eggs, refined carbohydrates like bread, white rice, pasta, etc. caffeine and diuretic drinks green tea is a good substitute for coffee leading to cleansing.
Vegetable & Fruit juice is not a full meal

It is important to note that the juices of fruits and vegetables by themselves have very little protein and almost no fat, so by itself, is not a complete food. Drink fruit juices and vegetables as a supplement to their regular meals not instead of it.
So, unless you are undergoing a program of special fasting or detoxification, that’s when juices can be used as a meal replacement. The ideal is to drink juice with your meal or as a snack between meals.
